I will respond with an e-mail confirming that I have received the message, and outlining the feasibility of solving your problem. According to the type of problem, I will provide an estimate as to the cost of my consultancy. For large projects I will of course give you a comprehensive estimate.

As regards method of payment, we feel that at present, cheques drawn on a UK bank represent the simplest and safest method. I will provide more information in my e-mail response to your enquiry. Likewise if you are from outside the UK, we will provide information on the most appropriate and convenient system.
