Now that all fifteen fruit trees have arrived and are safely planted (they look great planted in the grid pattern you suggested) I am writing to say how much I appreciated all the help you gave me. From the very first time I contacted you it was obvious that you were not just looking to sell me trees but genuinely wanted to look after me and my wife so that we had exactly the orchard we wanted. The personal interest you took was exceptional and included you calling me twice to discuss in detail our requirements. I had no idea that so much was involved but am confident that we have the best trees that will suit our location and soil and varieties that we will enjoy the produce from, some I had never heard of! You have given us good old fashioned service that is so rare these days. We were so lucky to find you simply by searching the net - I had tried a couple of other suppliers first and was beginning to despair!
I will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends as I cannot think anyone could provide a better service.
